- Do not offer tips to the drivers. All drivers are state employees who by law cannot accept tips.
- Storrs campus pick-ups/drop-offs can be from any university building, the Nathan Hale Inn or any apartment complex serviced by the Shuttle Buses and Accessible Van Service. It is not possible to pick-up or drop-off at individual homes.
- Bradley Airport pick-ups occur outside the Baggage Claim area, and drop-offs will be at the nearest terminal for your flight.
- We offer pick-ups and drop-offs between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
- When waiting for your transportation, please keep a look out for a white minivan or a white mini-bus that says UCONN on the side.
