AVS - Regular Ride Request Form

Students approved by UCONN Center for Students with Disabilities to receive Accessible Vans Service (AVS) may use this form to request their regular weekly rides. The Accessible Van Service is available whenever the HuskyGo Transit Shuttle service is operating (please see the UCONN Transportation Services website for more information and updates on weather-related delays, and intersession, recess, and summer hours.
